I was going to make the Oxford Boyfriend Cardigan, but it was too heavy in crochet. Gives me a good reason to learn to knit. In the meantime, decided to use the taupe to make a basket.

Rope: 100 ft. twisted sisal 3/8”

Round 1: Follow pattern, but 12 hdc in magic ring, plus 2 hdc around rope only (14 hdc)
Round 2-7 increase as per pattern
Round 8: back loop round
Rounds 9-15 even around
Round 16: add handles (follow directions in pattern)
Round 17: even around
Round 18: sc around
Follow directions in pattern for finishing

I like this basket, but I would I wouldn’t use the rope I used again as it is too rough (pokes through yarn) and possibly a little thick. Might work well for a rug, though.
