Finished round 22 last night. The written directions, as to the placement of stitches, are sometimes inaccurate, but the photos are clear enough to see exactly where they go. Can’t wait to get in to some of the purple in the yarn cake! The cake I have is 1050 yards.

6 rounds to go. I hadn’t worked on it since last Saturday. Needed a little break to make a couple other things. I may run out of cotton, but hopefully I can find some straight up black in my stash if that happens.

09-05-2022

Finished through round 51 and was afraid of running out of yarn so just added one round of sc around with picots in the ch 3 spaces of round 51.
