Notes

First one I made Toddler size, but turned out large adult size. I do crochet on the loose side, but with the G hook recommended, I did not want to go go down to an F, so I used a basic dc pattern starting with 12 dc and increasing 12 dc each round until I reached the flat circle size I needed for a toddler size hat. Continued with dc until I reached 1.5” shorter than I wanted in length to allow for ribbing. I then followed the pattern for the ribbing and the parts (Ears, nose, snout). Third hat I increased one more round and added a round in length for a larger child size hat. Still working on these hats. Hope to complete 3 for charity and one for my granddaughter. Completed! :)

A big THANK YOU to Grammy Jo Lids for gifting the pattern to me!

Cute pattern, well written, easy to understand, photos for reference. If you crochet tightly, pattern should be true to size. I had to alter, only because I crochet on the loose side.
