My new iPad really needed a sleeve. I picked my most beautiful sock yarn. When it was done, I decided to make one for the iPod too. And I already had socks in the same yarn, so now we all match!

Gauge: 36 st = 10 cm.
The iPad sleeve needs 60 grams of yarn, the iPod sleeve needs a little under 20 grams.

Ipad sleeve: On DPNs or circular needle, cast on 116 stitches. Knit app. 2 cm. ribbing (knit 2, purl 2). When ribbing is done, continue with only knit stitches until the sleeve is the desired length (try it on the iPad as you go. Mine is 28 cm.). Turn inside out and cast off using a three needle bind off.

Ipod sleeve: On DPNs, cast on 40 stitches. Knit app. 2 cm. ribbing (knit 2, purl 2). When ribbing is done, continue with only knit stitches until the sleeve is the desired length (try it on the iPod as you go. Mine is 13 cm.). Turn inside out and cast off using a three needle bind off.
