Square #1 (Flower Burst) - took about 2.5-3 hours. Used K hook. Measures approximately 12.25” across, but can push edges in and flatten evenly for 12”.

Finally made block 2 (Gretchen) today using a J hook. I ended after round 12.
Off to make block 3.

Block 4 (Crocodile Dahlia) definitely was more time consuming than the other blocks and my hand is tired. Used J hook. No more crocheting today…

Block 5 (Doubles and Stripes) worked up in about 2 hours, maybe a little more, but it’s a simple design. Used a J hook and final square measured about 12.25”
