This project was a challenge in learning Designa Knit Knitting Software which I avoided up to now.
First I started to put the pattern, I have a sheet of, into the pattern designer. Fortunately I was on a visit at an excellent expert of the program who either showed me how to manage the first steps and showed me several errors in reasoning. The result was that I spent hours and hours to test several various patterns in all directions.

I finally - after hours of playing with DK7 - decided to use the existing version with a positive and a negative side.
Knitting was a piece of cake espacially on the electronic machine of an excellent knitter because I only have punchcard machines.

The next step was to sew the positive and the negative part together. After all the tube was turned into a moebius and fixed at the ends with kitchener stitches.

You can wear it round the shoulders, as a cowl, as a mini-skirt, as a kidney warmer or as a hip scarf.
