The pattern is plain and simple and a bit boring to knit. I made a cast-on of 500 sts to get the same size as in the pattern because I used thinner yarn.
I cannot recommend the Sea Silk. It slides easyly over the needles but it fluffs like wadding when plucking the fibres.
After handwashing it didn’t look elegant as before and wasn’t shining any more.
Au contraire the Wollmeise yarn. It was a gift from a dear friend and a pleasure to knit.
Both yarns are harmonizing with the pattern which is very impressive.
