Knitting of the body is rather boring, working in the round 414 sts. Still 30cm to knit.

Noticed that I had to knit a sweater for my niece’s birthday at the end of February, so I put this project down for some days. Will knit niece’s sweater with machine.

Returned home with sleeves finished.
I could clearly see that I’m not able to finish in time, at least 25cm kniting for body.

Went off to advanced education and had only time to knit while travelling by train.
Not content with the yarn; my black trousers are all green from yarn lint.

Pattern is easy to follow though I don’t speak any Danish. Typed every word in online-translator, sometimes with funny results.
Yesterday I splitted yoke into sleeves and body.
Now: 414 sts on needle. I will work bust darts to make a better fit.
Pattern says: k 2, p 7. But I’m knitting on the inside of the project, so I work p 2, k 7. Genius, isn’t it? :-)

The yarn not only bleached out but also changed its measurements after washing.
So I started with two segments more to get fitting. I’m knitting with 4 strands of yarn.
