I don’t know whether anybody knows Mary Dowse.
She sold handwritten patterns for machine knitting in the 80s and maybe the 90s. I got some of a friend and when I now look at the patterns I see how modern they are again. I have patterns from some coats and dresses and even trousers.
Best is: she made designs for nearly all sizes. I’m always on eBay to look for patterns but nobody seems to have some.
