When I was a child in the 60s I saw my Aunt sewing a dress from this printed cloth. I took the dress when she wanted to give it to the old-clothes collection.

The roses were cut out into patches and I filled the spaces with machine-knitted patches in pointelle. I made several punchcards with different patterns.

The rims were fixed with rolled edges.
