Without rhyme or reason I bought two skeins each of some colors when the Drops yarn was on sale. They were awaiting many years and I did not know what to do with them.
The Grignasco yarn was a gift from Angi. I made several swatches for intended projects but the yarn did not show the stitch definition I wanted. Yet it was wonderful to work with. It slides over your fingers and feels pretty good. I definitely wanted to use it for a project.

I then combined the two yarns for a colorful blanket.
