Notes

This is a total leftover project. I used up the whole rest of this project, nearly all what was left from this Moebius and most of the yarn from Zabaglione.

I started with the body in a small checkerboard-pattern. Then I took the stitches from the border and worked two rounds in garter. With the color-changing-yarn I worked the leaves in short-row-knitting.
(For Swing-Knitters: Double stanzas, melody width 12 sts, melody 1-1-1-1-1-2-2-3).

I intended to let the stanzas a little overlap to give the impression of a string of leaves but I’m not quite content with the result. Anyway: it was a test with a usable but not perfect performance. Now I know that the leaves need more overlap to form the effect of a string.

The shawl was finished with two garter rows.
