I got a wreck of a knitting machine from my neighborhood. I spent many hours in cleaning and repairing it.
To test the punchcard function I made this blanket for charity.
I used up to twelve threads which was not easy. The threads tended to be messy and strived to chaos.
The panels were joined with Diana Sullivan’s cable join.
The edges were trimmed with Carol Wurst’s half cable trim, a very effective method to avoid rolling edges.
Thank you Carol and Diana for sharing your brillant knowledge!
