The REAL Thing!
What a beautiful wrap - what gorgeous yarn - what an excellent crochet pattern. Can’t really go wrong with these ingredients.

Rowan Kidsilk Haze arrived and I started the #42 Medallion with the original colors of the pattern.

This wrap is beyond pretty. It truly turned into an exquisitely beautiful shawl due to the designer’s excellent choice of color and crochet pattern displaying the design and colors wonderfully. Thank you - Kathy Merrick!

I am very glad I worked this shawl with Rowan Kidsilk Haze.

Please note: I snipped off a little bit of yarn off each color mohair and made a color card: taped the threads on a sheet of paper and noted the color code next to it (A, B, C, etc.)
Made it so much easier when changing color!

Please note: The only color I used up completely was blue kidsilk haze, which is used for the final edging, so the edging of the last four medallions was made with green Kidsilk Haze. Check your second to final colors of the medallions to find out which other color/s might be best for the final edging. Or do one half of the the final edging with one color and the other one with another color.

Please note: It is helpful to check every finished Medallion before starting the next one. Frogging is not what you wish to face with Kidsilk Haze…
