Notes

A friend said some beautiful things - and inspired me to start this freeform project. A vest or a bolero… I like this TOK-pattern very much. So easy and so much potential. This is my third Forest & Frill Bolero, still using the basic pattern idea but adding a diffent and individual frill to each one. A number of F&F and other boleros can be seen on my blog.

I used my Colinette yarn from my stash and my own hand-dyed and home-spun wool.

1 July. Finished the bolero body. Now for the trim…
8 July. Finished trim.

Notes: I used a 15mm and 20 mm needle for the body of the bolero. The frill was crocheted with a 10 mm crochet hook, doubling the stitches (picking up 2 stitches from one of the thicker Colinette yarn).

Anne kindly stood in as a model.
