Halfway point, maybe. I bought 8 balls of Air, but I don’t think it’s enough. I’ve knit up 4 balls and the length is 19.5” from the middle neck down.

I’m putting it on a spare needle so I can work the sleeves and collar. Then I’ll continue the body for as long as the yarn lasts. I have a long torso and I don’t generally wear things cropped. I’m thinking I want it to be 29 or 30” long.

Also, I used one ball of Make it Tweed for 3 balls of Air.

It’s warm! Whew! Love it though, very cuddly.

I made the sleeves bigger by casting on 4 stitches at the underarm. I decreased them from the body towards the back because I need more fabric in the front.

I wasn’t thrilled with the edge treatments. I did K2P2 on the sleeve cuffs and garter rib for the hem. The cast off was one purl row on the front side then cast off purlwise using Lucy Neatby’s method. (So that’s two rows of purl on the front). It looks a bit like the rolled hem so I’m satisfied.

Oh! And I split the hem. More ease for my hips.
