So far, so fun! Such pretty colours.

My plan is to work up four circles at a time, join the four and join that module to the previous four. Just to keep it interesting.

Stamens I plan to work up in little blitzes when the mood strikes.

This blanket was intended to be an antidote to the last grey days of winter, to tide me over until the spring flowers made an appearance. It hasn’t quite worked out as I planned, no fault of the project itself. Since I started this project, Russia attacked Ukraine, my mom has been very sick in the hospital the whole time, and on the day I finished, we had a snow storm that plunged us back into winter.

Mostly, worry for my mom has infused it. I haven’t had much left to worry about the Ukraine. I will be giving it to her, in the hopes that it cheers her up, as it has cheered me, in spite of everything.
