Cast on 34 and increased by KFB on the second and second to last stitch for each side. (ie. each full round increases by 4). Increased to 60.

This is sock recipe seems to be working out great and results in a nicely fitting sock. Easier than constantly measuring against the foot template, and resulting in a much nicer looking sock.
