CO 297 sts.
Chained with bigger hook, and it’s still a bit tight :-/ Hope it goes away when I add edging.

Colors matched at random.

1 stripe uses up about 20-25g of DK or sport yarn. It’s going to be heavy.

After last shot I think it’s quite blue and I need more reds and purples. What do you reckon? Any other colorway ideas?

I’m not even halfway there, and there already seems to be a fight over who gets to sleep on/under the blanket (=hubby vs. cats).

Enough is enough :-)
It’s approx 215 cm long and 170 cm wide.
I’m starting border today (smaller hook).

One row is about 7.75m and takes about 1-2hrs to make.

How I made this border?
rnd 1 (mc): sc around
rnd 2 (mc): back relief sc around
rnd 3 (cc): back relief dc around
rnd 4 (cc): sc around
rnd 5 (cc): sc around
rnd 6 (cc): dc around
rnd 7 (mc): sc around
rns 8 (mc): back relief sc around

I’m not extremely happy with it as it rolls a bit.
