I’ve finally decided to make this beautiful tee designed by Kasia.

I LOVE IT! It’s going to be one of my favorites this summer.

Mods:

• Raglan increases with m1.
• 5 sts for the underarm.
• decreases on the sides in every 10th row (5 times).
• increases on the sides in every 10th row (twice).
• sleeves: 8 rounds St st, 2 Garter st ridges, BO knitwise, no decreases.

The yarn colorway is more like the moss on the bark, or in the 1st picture. It is soooo soft, but “Dear bamboo, pleeeeeease don’t stretch too much!”

The tee is quite tight on purpose because I've heard that bamboo has a tendency to stretch a lot. Also that's why I picked quite small needles for that. It hasn't been soaked yet. Will let you know what happens when I wash it.

Washing:

• right after washing - looks strange, as if it felted a little, doesn’t seem to have stretched at all. It was a hand wash in lukewarm water.
• almost dry - looks really ok and unstretched :-)
• after wearing it all day - it has a 2-inch positive ease. Ah, well, good I made it really tight.

Po praniu wygląda dziwnie, jakby się lekko sfilcowała (prałam w letniej wodzie). Ręcznie oczywiście. No i nie widzę, żeby się cokolwiek rozciągnęła - naciągnęłam ją sama na długość.

Dzisiaj wiało koszmarnie i musiałam styropian zabrać z balkonu. Odpięłam bluzkę i ją po prostu powiesiłam na suszarce :-) Już jest prawie sucha. Zrobiła się niesamowicie miękka, z lekkim meszkiem i póki co nierozciągnięta :-)

Ubrałam ją pierwszy raz po praniu - na szerokość jest minimalnie luźniejsza, na długość jest o 4-5cm większa, ale sama ją celowo naciągałam.

Po noszeniu jednak się rozciągnęła, ale nie jest koszmarnie. Za to jest cudownie przewiewna.
