Notes

Simplicity at its best :-)

(it will give me a lot of motivation to lose baby fat ;-)

19/03
Started rewinding yarn. It’s a lovely mixture of gray (which I love) and purple (which I hate), but both of them put together look really cool.

01/04
Swatching
needle 3.75:
25 sts x 32 rows (pre-washed, unpinned)
23 sts x 32 rows (post-washing) - rows seem to be the same (?)

07/04
Casting on and ripping an hour later. Ah well, that’s life. Need to recalculate my stitches.

08/04
Casting on again. So far, so good :-)

09/04
Break. I’m having my baby.

02/05
Despite the desire to rip it, I started working again.
Divided for body and sleeves.

14/08
Got to my waist. Tried it on. Looks perfect!

17/08
Body - check.
Neck - check.
Sleeves - off we start :-)

29/08
3/4 sleeves.
But mine will be long. I hope.

1/09
Unpinned and dry.
LOVE IT!
It has a lot of negative ease and is made of thousands of purls :-)
I love Rev St st, you know? It looks absolutely cool in hand dyed yarns.
Finally, I knit the Russian way which means my purling is fast and easy.
