A knit friend pointed this out to me….a versatile piece that I thought might be fun to knit, and so different for me.

The pattern calls for a contrasting shade to be used for the neckline and armhole edgings - and beads…..so I went with a tone on tone (the treacle is slightly darker than the Mahogany) and I had to use the DK weight on the edgings to allow me to use these gorgeous beads!

Quite happy with how it all turned out!
