Right leg pattern mysteriously ends at Rnd 12…I continued with the pattern for the left leg from Rnd 13.

Also - pattern doesn’t seem to be there for the shoes that are pictured on the doll.

For the hair;
I crocheted a hair cap working in the back loops only, stitched that to the head and then hooked some lengths of yarn tthrough the free loops.
