I’m making my gingerbread man fatter/thicker - I worked the sc round as per the pattern, then crocheted two rounds of sc in the first half (first round in the back loops only, second round in both loops), then when I sc’d around the outside of the second half , I worked through both thicknesses…joining the two halves as I go.
I used my second piece as the front side.
I used 2.5mm hook for bow, buttons, arm/leg details.
