Have recently discovered that this yarn is not going to be stocked by the one store that it was made exclusively for - awaiting confirmation from their customer service people.

I added safety eyes and a nose instead of stitching them in place - position of eyes needs to be adjusted slightly to get the look right.
I also used plastic doll/teddy bear joints to fully joint the bear, but you can stitch the arms and legs in place as in the pattern if you like.
