I made the arms all in the skin colour then added sleeves in the same colour as the dress.

Sleeves (make 2)
Starting at the top of the sleeve, make 8chain, sl st to join, ch1.
Work in continuous rounds increasing by 2sc in every third round until the sleeves are almost as long as the arms - think I got to 18sc in the round.
I finished off with a round of reverse single crochet. I stitched the hands together.
Halo
I used a piece of black-coated craft wire for the halo and worked as many sc’s as I could fit around the top part of the halo with a 2.5mm hook and metallic yarn.
I worked a round of sc around the outside edge of the wings using the ‘Moda Vera’ - ‘Flurry’ to make the wings look a bit feathery/fluffy.
