My notes;

I used black DMC embroidery thread for his stripes and toenails.

I used 10mm safety eyes.

If I was to make another one, I would make the eyeballs in white yarn only, then add eyelids in tan.

I added eyelids to my Scrat - using the 2.5mm hook I worked 5sc in a magic ring, do not join…..1 ch, 2 sc in each st to end, finish off with ch1 and a row of rec sc.
Make 2 of those for the top eyelids.
Bottom eyelids - make a chain long eough to reach from one side to the other across the bottom of each eye, stitch in place. Make 2.
