I up-sized my ‘TED’ by using a 6mm hook and 8ply yarn held double. My finished ‘TED’ is almost 40cms tall (almost 16inches).

Great pattern - easy to follow.

To define his neck a little more, I ran a length of yarn through the neck stitches, pulled it up as tight as I could, tied off the yarn and sewed the ends in.
Crochet mouth;
using black yarn, work 5ch, 3dc together, finish off. This makes a small triangle shape.

Just a note
The pattern for these rounds in the ‘body’ section;
Round 26-27) 66 sc (66)
Round 28) 16 sc, ch, (skip a stitch), 34 sc, ch, (skip a stitch), 16 sc (66)

16sc+1ch+34sc+1ch+16sc = 68sts….which doesn’t fit on top of a round of 66sts,
SO…..in MY Rnd 28, I worked 16sc, 1ch, 32sc, 1ch and 16sc.
