I added plastic safety eyes.
Nose is black embroidery thread.
The whiskers are metallic thread.
I also added a cat butt with some pink embroidery thread - I stitched a little star.

I mounted the cat and pumpkins on a wooden coaster from Kmart..drill small holes into the coaster and stitch cat and pumpkins to it. Alternatively - you could hot glue them in place too.
