I have mixed feelings about this one. I was really excited about it first, because it seems like lots of people with varying body types have made it, worn it, and look great. I think that it makes me look really broad across the bust and shoulders in a way that is entirely unflattering.

My positive feelings are that this is comfortable, it’s a pretty fun knit (I did not get too bored with it), and it’s simple enough to memorize the lace pattern and take along somewhere. Also, NO SEAMS FTW.

I am a little unsure of fit as I mentioned previously, also this yarn is unimpressive. I don’t think I will ever make a garment out of swish again. It’s deceiving because it is light and easy to work with, lots of color options and great stitch definition. It’s a really affordable yarn for a larger project and I also really like the drape of this sweater after blocking but DANG if it doesn’t pill right off the bat. I am not pleased with that at all.

There are lots of things I really like about this pattern but I’m not sure that it’s the best for my shape or type. I will probably be really glad I have it when I get pregnant with baby #2 somewhere down the line, though.

On to the next mistake!
