Pretty vintage-style cardigan, perfect as a spring cover up. The lace is patterned on every row, with the shoulder shaping needing to be worked into the lace. That makes this a more challenging knit.

Pattern Notes

Buttons are vintage French glass bought on eBay.

Yarn is badged as a DK weight, but is very fine and knits to tension on 3.75mm needles.

Did 1.5 extra pattern repeats after the waist shaping.

Sleeves worked to 100 rows.

Modified the pattern to put 6 stitches on hold at the underarm, for grafting during the finishing, rather than casting off and sewing.

One row buttonholes over 2 stitches for the buttonhole band. 18 buttons worked over 144 stitches.
