K 1, p1 rib for approx 1 inch.

Increase every other stitch by k1, k1 in front of stitch and k1 in back of stitch.

First row after increase: k6, p1, k12 st, p1 - repeat 6 times over row.

Start cable on third row.

In 6 stitches of beginning of each repeat, cable every 6th row.

Once work reaches 3.75 inches, start decrease every other row until 66 stitches remain. K2 together for decrease before final p stitch of each repeat.
