When I first saw Carina’s pinafore I fell in love. but I wanted a pull over. So I did a few… er, a lot of modifications to turn it into a vest. I love it!

I used my own handspun yarn for the body. Yum.

Modifications:
The most important modification was that I knit it in the round. Therefore I rewrote the pattern accordingly. (P rows became K rows as required.) I did knit the top band one size up, then overlapped the extra stitches (offset towards one armhole) and added a button.
