Pattern was modeled after Vashti’s Mesmer Tunisian Veil pattern with modifications. Front and back were made separately. Three-quarter length sleeves were started by picking up edge stitches after shoulders were seamed. Bottoms of sleeves were finished with a creme edge to match the edges of the body. Fabric was bumpy until blocking, which opened up the stitches and flattened the return pass chains. The stitch pattern prevents any bias. The sweater drapes well and is surprisingly warm despite its laciness.
