Oct 21: The result is a lovely sweater but with no ease at all (I was expecting some…). Maybe because I used 5.5mm needles instead of the 6mm I used to knit with.

Oct 10: Pockets and first sleeve done !!!

Oct 2: First sleeve frogged. Started again with some increases and 6mm needles.
I made 8 increases and I’ve got 57 sts.

Sept 12: First sleeve almost done…

Aug 23: Started the sleeves !

This is not really Eisen. I loved this pattern at the first sight, but I didn’t follow the pattern at all (I hate to follow patterns). I just checked the stitch pattern and followed the shape of the cowl.

I basically used the same pattern that I used for my Boyfriend cardi, with the same kind of increases.

I just used smaller needles because of the cables stitch pattern, a different kind of pockets, and some colorwork I designed.
I’m glad I used smaller needles, because the cardi is a little bit more fitted than the boyfriend cardi.

The yellow yarns are “made in france” and 100% pure french wool. I bought them at the Filature Terrade this summer.
