Test run at designing lacy, drapey, scarf-y cowl thing for work.

8/28/10 - Started designing/swatching.
8/29-9/3 - Retooling and more swatching.
9/4 - Finally cast on and I’m liking the results, so I’ve changed my “official” start date to today.
9/5 - DUH. Just realized I was short 1 stitch on my cast-on. Also made a minor tweak. So I’m ripping out the ~1” I have so far and starting over with the cast-on.

I just had enough yarn, like less than a yard left after grafting. Did 9 repeats of the 40-row pattern.

Gave it to Mom for Mother’s Day 2011, then traded her my Indian Cross Stitch Scarf for it in March 2012 since she liked that one better.
