Notes

“I Drank The Kool-Aid” because there are quite a few people at work who have made/are making/are planning on making this scarf.

7/5/10 - knitting is all done… with only about a 10” tail of yarn to spare. Just need to unravel to make the fringe.

7/13/10 - unraveled for the fringe. Now it needs a good blocking.

10/24/10 - holy crap, it’s been in a grocery bag in the spare room for over three months. I’ve decided to knot each loop of the fringe. It’s not going to unravel further, but the loops can shift around a little - knotting just to keep it neat.

I used pretty much every last bit of the 2 balls of Firefly yarn for this scarf - a 6- to 8-inch tail at the cast-on and about the same left over after binding off. I have heard of several Patternworks customers needing a little bit of a third ball of the yarn in order to finish. So if you tend to use more yarn than patterns call for, you may want to pick up an extra ball if you make this one.
