Notes

Started out on size 0/2mm needles and inc’d to 64 sts - too loose.
Ripped back, same needles, inc’d only to 56 sts - snug but wearable on the foot but too tight around the heel.
Frogged completely and started over on size 1.5(2.5mm) needles and inc’d to 56 sts, since I know that works!
