6/10/13: This was a super-easy and very quick project. Now I just need to figure out whether it’s meant to be worn with the smallest piece up or the largest piece up!

6/21/13: When I tried it on, I decided that it looked the best with the largest piece up. That’s what’s shown in the picture.

I used a tape that was my waist measure plus 3/4 yard.
