The inspiration for the Twist Collective design, requested by my cousin and designed to match her crazy idea. I started over after the quarter pictured here, and knit the whole sun panel in one piece.

Many many thanks to fairisle, freaksngeeks, yarnkat, mossmuncher and calams for sending me extra Cascade 109 and saving me from my several mistakes: thinking 10 balls of Cascade 109 would be enough; failing to order more when I realized it wouldn’t be (when there was still some available at Webs); and thinking Cascade 220 held double would be a good straight substitute. Between them, I got almost 6 extra balls of yarn!
