Modifications:

• Did a temp cast on and knit it together with the 3rd row of the k1 p1 band on the RS of the hat. I should’ve knit it together with the 4th row instead but I may be able to block out the slight ripple in the brim. Post washing & blocking, it’s not noticeable.

• Made the larger sized brim (14 rounds on each side rather than 12).

• Made the k1 p1 band on the RS 8 rounds instead of 4.

• Knit the sides & brim in stockinette without the decorative stitches.

• Skipped increase rows on the side. Knit 28 rows for sides instead of 30 for the larger size.

• Began decreases on round 5.
