Notes to Others
Unlike previous yarns I’ve used for the Drop Stitch Cowl, this one didn’t stand up. Rather than altering needle size, I took this cowl apart and made it a Swirling Cowl.

Notes to Self
- The metal needles I used my first go around with the drop stitch cowl were way too slippery thus creating uneven stitches and an unpleasant knitting experience. Ran out to AC Moore with a 50% off coupon and purchase size 15 circs with 16” length. Much better. :)

Notice the last set doesn’t have a 5th and 6th row (the drop stitch rows). I played chicken with this yarn and just barely made it. Wish I’d noted how many stitches I cast on. My guess is 50. My second guess is 40-45. (I am making these guess 3 weeks after the fact.
