I initially knit one mitten on a size 8 needle, and it was smaller than I wanted.

I am going to do 25 rows after the thumb, and omit the short rows. 15 rows for the thumb, then:

k2, k2tog around
k1, k2tog around
k2tog around

The mittens were both finished pre-felted on 2/10.
