Mods (after round 6):

Beige round:
2 dc in each space across, (2 dc, ch2, 2 dc) in corners

Red round:
hdc in blo across; (hdc, dc, hdc) in corners

White round:
sc blo around, 3 sc in corners

Beige round:
dc in blo around, 3 dc in corners

Brown round:
dc, ch1 - skip 1 around; corners as (dc, ch1, dc, ch1, dc, ch1)

White (final) round:
2 hdc in each space around; corner as (2 hdc in space before corner dc, ch 2, skip center dc, 2 hdc in next space)

Also, I did round 4 into the blo of the red heart to add more definition to the outline.
