Crocodile stitch is so lovely.

Yarn was a big bag of mill ends I picked up at my LYS for pennies on the dollar - it was a fingering weight, so I added an extra row of sc around the crocodile stitches to emphasize them.

I added a few extra rounds of dc on both the hood and the cowl so that it would be sure to cover the big clip I usually wear my hair up in and just to compensate for the lighter weight yarn.
