Notes

Went looking in the queue/stash for a “finish it NAO” project. This seems to fit the bill - 100 yds? I can finish that NAO. (please note, this is written at 1146 on 8/16 - we’ll see how NAO this is!)

Well, at 1250, I have made it through to the second “two-row increase.” That’s 24 rows. Believe the “Completely frustrating at times, but unbelievably addictive!” and “tricky intermediate” she puts on this pattern. Tricky, indeed. Esp with the boucle-style yarn chose, which is lovely, btw. I ended up color-coding the TSR and r-TSR and it made things go much much faster.

So, next day it took another 45 minutes to make it to the “end of center increases” section. The next section, “shaping scarf” looks like it’s going to go pretty quickly as each row is shorter.

Shaping scarf section took 13 minutes.

First section of the “rounding the curve” took 20 minutes. The rest of rounding the curve and finishing off took 50 minutes.

That’s a total of 3 hrs, 10 mins. I think this def works for “want something NAO”, and is great for leftovers! I still have quite a bit of my 100yd skein left over!
