Work flat, increasing on every RS row, braiding on every second RS row. After 8 rows, join work in the round and keep working in the round until you have a total of 7 braids. Divide for sleeves as you are making the 8th braid. CO 6 sts under each sleeve using a provisional cast on.

Braid: 2 sts over 1 stitch towards the middle of the underarm every second row. Proceed with braids down the side.
