I found this finished block in a stack in my stash. I originally had plans to join several blocks in similar colors for a gift for my great aunt. (Later, I decided she wasn’t crochet-worthy, for various reasons.)

The square was larger than the 6” size required for Binky Patrol blocks, so I unraveled a few rounds and then worked two rounds in single crochet. The final row is done in a newer yarn, Loops and Threads Impeccable.

This block used approximately 42 yards of yarn.
