1-8-14 I’ve made this one pretty much exactly as written. Did all the bulk of hat on dpn rather than circular, because that’s what I had available.

The only change I made was to do the mc in a deep red with the cc in a heathery grey. However, when I was reading Chart A, I blanked on this and knit that chart with the grey yarn as the mc and the red as the cc. As it happens, I’m happy with that change.
