May 1/10 - FROGGED! and well i should have heeded the advice of others who have knit this pattern. i finished shaping the gusset of the 1st sock, then decided to see exactly how tight a fit it actually was (because it didn’t feel THAT tight to me when knitting the leg…) i could barely get the sock over the top of my foot. definitely go up in needle size - at least by 1 or 2 sizes! i can safely say that i won’t be attempting this pattern again for a while :(

Apr 30/10 - really these aren’t hard socks to knit, but somehow i’ve needed to frog them twice already :( focus melanie, focus!
